EDE, OSUN STATE — In a ceremony rich with symbolism and subtle political signals, the Advocate for Good Governance in Nigeria (AFGIN) has conferred its prestigious Certificate of Noble Prize for Excellence on Brigadier General Bashir Adewinbi (Rtd.), honouring him with the title “Icon of Hope to Humanity.”
