Pastor Godwin Akpovie,PhD, Managing Director and CEO of the Delta Special Economic Zone, has extended warm felicitations to Governor Sheriff Francis Oborevwori, the people of Delta State, and Nigerians at large, marking Nigeria’s 66th Independence Anniversary.
