A retired senior military officer and leading aspirant for the Osun West Senatorial District, Biodun Bashir Adewinmbi, has congratulated Adeyinka Famadewa on his appointment as Senior Adviser on Homeland Security to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
In a congratulatory message made available to Fresh Facts Magazine, Brigadier General Adewinmbi described the appointment as “well-deserved,” noting that Major General Famadewa’s emergence was a recognition of his unwavering dedication, professionalism, and patriotic service to Nigeria.
According to him, the newly appointed Senior Adviser possesses vast experience and deep knowledge in security matters, qualities he said would greatly contribute to strengthening Nigeria’s homeland security architecture as well as promoting peace, stability, and national unity across the country.
The retired general expressed confidence in Famadewa’s capacity to excel in the new role, stressing that his wealth of experience would be invaluable in addressing contemporary security challenges confronting the nation.
He further prayed for divine wisdom, strength, courage, and guidance for the new presidential adviser as he undertakes the important national assignment.
Brigadier General Adewinmbi also wished Major General Famadewa a fruitful, impactful, and successful tenure in office, while reiterating his confidence in his ability to deliver effectively in service to the nation.
